Our Commitment

We are unwavering in our commitment to building a better world—one where no one is left behind. A world where there is no sorrow, no hunger, no inequality, no injustice, no insecurity, and no poor health.
We walk hand in hand with the communities we serve—empowering them to break the chains of poverty and claim their rightful place in a just and humane society.

Our Philosophy

At PSS, we believe that development is a dynamic and inclusive process. It should not treat individuals as passive recipients of aid but empower them as active participants in their own transformation. Our programs are designed to be “people’s initiatives”, encouraging communities to define and fulfill their own aspirations through collective effort and localized leadership.

what we do

Prachandeswar Seva Sansthan (PSS) undertakes a wide range of issue-based and need-driven developmental initiatives aimed at addressing the root causes of poverty, inequality, and social injustice. Our work spans across diverse thematic areas including socio-economic development, human rights advocacy, empowerment of tribal and Dalit communities, poverty eradication, food security, and sustainable livelihoods. We are deeply engaged in natural and human resource development, environmental conservation, healthcare, water and sanitation, disaster response, and rehabilitation. PSS also works actively in the fields of women and child welfare, elderly and disability care, agriculture, and youth development. Central to all our efforts is the belief in people’s participation—ensuring that marginalized and vulnerable communities are not just recipients of aid, but active leaders and stakeholders in their own development. We promote grassroots organizing, community empowerment, and collaborative networking to create long-term, sustainable impact and inclusive growth.
